My Baby

I went up to check on the kids before I went to bed and I beheld the sweetest site. My little baby Lizzie asleep in Christmas jammies from last year and reindeer antlers on her head. Her angel face just melts my heart!
But then I looked down beside her bed. She always has a huge junky mess. And yes, the rest of the room looks like this too. I almost can't even go in when it is like this or I get so mad. When they clean their room we always find everything that we are missing and have been looking for. But it is a pretty intensive to clean their room. So just glancing down what did I find?

I better just focus on her sweet angel face!

OK only one more.

I had so much fun doing this photo shoot last night. I could have photographed them all night! Can you see why? I finally got a family to go to downtown Phoenix for an Urban shoot. We found the most awesome spot! I just had to edit one more before I left out of town, and won't be able to work on them for a few days. Baron family, I am going to try and work on yours all day and get them done before I leave. Look for a sneak preview tomorrow. fun fun.

for natalie

I was worried we didn't get a good one of Crue last night, but than I saw this! Be still my heart!
Does this look too green on your monitor. It does on mine, but in photoshop it looks perfect. I'll have to figure that out!

mother and daughter

Mom wanted to have some pictures to give to her hubby who is out of town for four months. I am thinking after seeing these pictures of her, he is going to book a ticket to fly out asap!

I think as women in general we don't realize how beautiful we are. God's most beautiful creation I think. So if you are needing a lift, and need to realize just how gorgeous you are, let me show you through my lens. Anyway, enjoy these. I posted way too many. As I always do. I just get so attached to my images. I really give alot of love and care to each and every one.

What celebrities would look like if they lived in Utah.

I couldn't resist! These are just too too funny. I can't remember who sent them to me, but thanks for the laugh. Kelly and Nicole, does this give you your US weekly fix?

what i am up to today

Editing this little cutie's photo shoot with her mom. I have this one and another shoot to do before two more this weekend. Can something you love so much really be considered a job?
I had a fabulous morning with a massage therapist. She was very good. She came highly recommended to me from Jenn and Petra. So if you are near Surprise, AZ, and need a massage here is her info. Sherri Franklin 623-535-3973. The name of her business is "Miracle Rehab Therapeutic massage". She is having a special right now that is really reasonable. 1 hr. for $50, and $25 each additional half hour. Of course, make sure you mention my name so I will get $10 off my next massage (for my next birthday).
I won't tell you where Sherri worked on me this morning. Let's just say I am in dire need of a donut. Not the kind you eat, the kind they give you when you have a baby. They didn't have one at Walmart and I am in pain. I slept all of 1 hour last night because of it. OK, well maybe because of the appetite suppressant I am taking as well. ha ha. My diet is a topic for another post. So please if you read this, and have one, can I borrow it?
I am excited to tell you about my experience at traffic school last night! I know, I know, you are on the edge of your seat, but it will have to wait. I only have 45 minutes until the kids will be demanding my every second. Never mind. I just got a call from Jacob to come and get the group from the high school. Off I go!

Thank you.

This touched me so deeply. I cry every time I read it. How grateful I am for the freedom that I have! This freedom that is so valiantly protected by so many men and women of honor and courage. Who "more than selves their country love." "Freedom isn't Free."

International Picture of the Year. Here are two very touching photos honored this year. First Place : First Place Todd Heisler The Rocky Mountain News When 2nd Lt James Cathey's body arrived at the Reno Airport , Marines climbed into the cargo hold of the plane and draped the flag over his casket as passengers watched the family gather on the tarmac. During the arrival of another Marine's casket last year at Denver International Airport , Major Steve Beck described the scene as so powerful: 'See the people in the windows? They sat right there in the plane, watching those Marines. You gotta wonder what's going through their minds, knowing that they're on the plane that brought him home,' he said 'They will remember being on that plane for the rest of their lives. They're going to remember bringing that Marine home. And they should.'
Second Place Second Place Todd Heisler The Rocky Mountain News. The night before the burial of her husband's body, Katherine Cathey refused to leave the casket, asking to sleep next to his body for the last time. The Marines made a bed for her, tucking in the sheets below the flag. Before she fell asleep, she opened her laptop computer and played songs that reminded her of 'Cat,' and one of the Marines asked if she wanted them to continue standing watch as she slept. 'I think it would be kind of nice if you kept doing it,' she said. 'I think that's what he would have wanted.'
Thanks Cari for sharing this with me.
